The Alzheimer Society of Calgary is hosting the following information session which may be of interest.  They have a session scheduled for July 20, 2011 and there is no cost to attend.

Boost Your Marvelous Brain

In this session participants will lean about their marvelous brains and the potential for improving the long term health of the brain through risk reduction and lifestyle choices. Your Marvelous Brain is designed to give you the knowledge and tools to create your own brain health strategies. By understanding how the brain functions and how the brain ages, you can then commit to creating a healthier brain image for yourself. This session is interactive and will energize you to improve the long term health of your brain!
