We are volunteers raising funds and awareness for a treatment and ultimately a cure for Huntington disease. While this promising research is ongoing, we try to improve the lives of families affected by HD.

    Check out our Wish List.

We also work closely with HSC's Resource Centre Director.

Disability Travel Card available through Easter Seals

Easter Seals Canada administers the The Disability Travel Card (TM) program.  When presented with the card, participating Canadian coach operators and Via Rail offer reduced fares for companions accompanying persons with disabilities who cannot travel alone.

An Authorized Health Care Provider must sign the application form attesting to your disability.  These include Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Pharmacists, Rehabilitation Counselors and Audiologists.

Click the link above for further information and the application form.

Resource Centre Director Karl Lottes is a Registered Social Worker authorized to complete and sign Section B of the application form for Southern Albertans with Huntington disease whose disability qualifies them for the program.
